Some work can move through a defined process. Other work is too layered, interconnected, or specific for the structure to be decided in advance. The Atelier starts there.
We look at what is happening across your work, capacity, environment and existing structures, where things keep colliding, what no longer fits, and what actually needs to be redesigned.
Instead of moving you through predetermined phases, I design the engagement around the work itself. That might mean changing how your work is structured, rebuilding the systems around it, addressing several connected areas at once, or staying with the work long enough to see whether the new structure actually holds.
The scope, rhythm, duration and way of working are determined by what your situation requires, not by a standard package decided beforehand.

What are we actually restructuring?
We define what belongs inside the work, what doesn't, and where the different parts of your situation connect.
That might mean looking beyond one problem to the structures around it, how your work is organised, where your capacity is being absorbed, what keeps creating friction, and which parts can no longer be treated separately.
The scope can be focused or span several interconnected areas.
Either way, we decide what we're working on, and why, before The Atelier begins.
How does the work need to move?
Not every restructuring process needs the same pace. Some work benefits from concentrated periods of design and decision-making. Other work needs space between steps so you can live with a change, test it under pressure, and see what actually happens.
We determine how often we work together, where you need time to implement or observe, and how long the engagement needs to run.
The timeline follows the work, rather than forcing the work into a predetermined timeline.
What will help the work move?
The way we work together is designed too. Depending on what the engagement requires, that can include private sessions, written reviews, asynchronous feedback, tools or materials, and work between sessions.
The point isn't to give you every possible form of support. It's to use the ones that help us understand, build, test and adjust the structure we're working on.
Your proposal makes that way of working explicit before you decide to continue.

Before we meet, you'll complete a short form so I can understand your context in advance.
In the session, we look at what you're trying to restructure, where things aren't holding, and what the work may require.

02 — Your Atelier Proposal
If the work calls for deeper restructuring, I design the engagement around what we've uncovered.
Your proposal defines the scope, rhythm, duration, way of working and investment, before you decide whether to continue.

03 — The Atelier
Once we begin, we work through the restructuring together. The process can evolve as we learn what holds in practice and what still needs attention.
The structure follows the work, without becoming open-ended.

The Atelier begins with a focused private session.
Before we meet, you'll complete a short form so I can review your context in advance. That means we can use the session itself to look at what's happening, where the structure isn't holding, and what may need to change.
The session stands on its own.
You may leave with enough clarity and direction to continue independently.
If the work requires something deeper, I'll design a personal Atelier proposal defining the scope, rhythm, duration, way of working and investment.
Atelier engagements start at $3,500.
